Once, there was a human. This human had been experimented on when they were young, cursed and bound by the laws of physics no more, this human was given wings. This human became known as 'Angel'. She grew a fairly normal life after being freed from the facility in which she was caged in for so long. It's said, that she met two men, one who seemed like nature itself and an immortal man, one promised her a love she could not fathom while the immortal man promised her eternity. Alas, he took away her life instead. The falling Angel could fall no more, one fateful day. Though she was slain by her immortal lover, she birthed a small human child with the likeness of her true father's kin before her. She was easily turned into a hybrid when she came of age, and trained in the secrets of her vampiric family. Told that true-blooded Werewolves had slain her mother during the early hours of her life, the child slowly grew into a woman who held vengeance in her heart. That is, until she learned the truth about her vampiric 'family'. The child, aptly named 'Artemis Wulfen', learned through her travels that her 'father', Klaud Crysune, has killed her mother after stealing her mother from Artemis's true father. This boiled the powerful youngling's blood and stirred her vengeful instincts for her fallen kin. She returned with a silence on her lips to her once-home, and, not three weeks after returning, she could not hold in her rage any longer. Artemis became taken by Bloodlust. It was spoken of greatly, for a time. The massacre of the Crysune family, and the unknown murderer that may be still be at large. Though, she is far less dangerous now, what with her starting a family and all. Though, it's still said, that on a full Hunter's Moon, you can still hear the echoes of a victorious hunting howl wind through the branches of the trees and sweep the grasslands outside the Valley. Artemis is a hybrid. A born-Werewolf, but turned by her step-father into a Vampyre, the hybrid of both Werewolf and Vampire. She became one of very few of the new and hated breed, though unlike her brethren, her species in untellable. For species is in the 'Eyes of the Beholder' and only those she wishes, may see her true form on the full Hunter's Moon.

Artemis is proficient in archery and swordsmanship. Artemis doesn't believe in guns because she believes on cowards dare to finish an opponent off without first meeting them face-to-face. Though Artemis believes this, she has often been hired previously to assassinate humans and vampires alike, half of those she kills she does with her arrows, because they are human and easily killed, and the other half require a more... head-first strategic approach. If you know what I mean.
