For most of my life I was kept a secret, kept indoors at all time for if I was seen by anyone I would be killed. In my society it is forbidden for any vampires to have a child, if some choose to disobey this law and create one the elders would be contacted and they will set out and destroy the child and punish the parents. They are feared because when an child is born they are gifted with a power of their own and have undetermined speed and strength that bitten vampires only wish they had, and for those reason they are slaughtered and killed for existing.
My name is Adelynn Loretta Sora Alantha. I have the power to control all Fire and Ice. Fire being my demon side and Ice from being coming a vampire, along with my undetermined speed and strength. I can move objects and I have a hidden power that only one see’s in battle but none have lived to tell others of it. Yet i still remain mortal.
My father is the Elder vampire, my mother his lady and his other half. There compassion for each other is extraordinary and cannot be compared to anything else. When I was born my father being an elder was but on a line, he either killed me or went against the rules that were made and keep me alive. I was his only child, his daughter, he would not give me up even if others decided against it. He knew the only opinion to keep me safe when the men came to execute me was to hide me deep in the forest away from the city and that hopefully to find my way back one day when I was older. That was the only reason why I survived the slaughter because my mother and father hid me in the woods as soon as they found out people knew I existed. The men came to the house that day in order to kill me, when they found I was know where in site they asked my father. My mother and father had already told them that I was taken care of. That I would not be bothering anyone anytime soon.

I was left alone, I couldn`t find help for people would know what I am so I searched. Searched for days looking for a safe place to call home, I knew there was a slim chance. I knew I couldn’t go back to my parents for what I thought I was eternity. I started giving up until I pasted a house, the door was open and I could hear chatting. I walked up the steps and was greeted the moment I stepped through the door. I could tell that they did not fear me or want to cause me harm, so I stayed and talked with some of them and found out that they were to different in their own ways, and they accepted me for who I was. They taught me how to control my power, how to use it for good, and not to cause people harm if my temper should slip. My new home was amazing, they knew what I was, the danger I could cause them but they did not turn me in nor did they try to use me as a weapon.
I haven’t forgotten about my parents, I don’t think I ever could. I know one day I will find them or they will find me. I will unite with them and be together once more. But I shall not forget the family I have now. They have given me more then I haven’t ever wanted or deserved sometimes. They’re the best family anyone could ever want, for that they cannot be replaced or forgotten if it meant the world. I became their leader after our previous master thought it was time to pass on the responsibility. He has and will always be our master and over all owner of our family, no matter how hard I try I cannot fill his place. I do my best to keep the family at peace with each other, to make sure everyone and everything is taken care of and our family stays strong.
