On July 3rd I purchased the $25 Blue Vial. It is now July 7th and I have not received it yet. It shows on my paypal receipt as well as my bank account that it was successfully purchased and money removed from my bank account. When will it arrive?

Lestat manually distributes all vials to users who purchase them. He hasn't been on the game since last month but hopefully someone will be able to get in touch with him so that he can send it to you. Sorry you've had to wait so long to receive it, but as soon as he logs in, he'll send it.
