How do you increase your vitality points? I am only new by a few hours but this seems to me the most important stat in fighting

Vitality is increased by training the other stats. You do this by using your rep points and the AP you get when you level up. Each level you gain you receive x amount of AP. Reps points are determined by game age so the older you are, the more you are able to train.

Thank you, I was wondering why I had no rep points.

You gain Gym Reps by day, and you appoint them as you wish on Strength, Agility or Endurance, forming a strategy of your own.
In simple, when you're searching for a vampire to battle, if someone has higher Vitality than you - you can say that at some point that vampire is stronger - but that doesn't necessarily mean that you can't win!
To see the stats you can Read Mind, it costs 25 turns to do so. Or you can take a wild guess.
You get more blood if you attack vampires that are higher level than you are.
From my experience, I realised that vampires that have high Vitality at somewhat lower levels usually tend to have either insane skills but low Health Points, or low skills and high HP, or even stats on everything.
Depending on your strategy, you can overpower many.
When I was a beginner I realised that I can't compete with those who have really high HP, so I would boost my Agility and Endurance, cause I reasoned that in order to win I have to last longer and attack more often. Worked pretty fine, I managed to beat the odds in many battles. Strength was also an important factor.
Recently (and I really mean recently, and I'm almost a year old...) i discovered that Agility DOESN"T make you block more often - it's STRENGTH.
I made my experiments and I stand firm to my statement - which I don't understand, but believe it's oddly true! (and I'd love a logic discussion on that one - I thought Agility means how often you attack and how well/often you deflect an attack)
So, level up fast, get more Gym Reps, try out your strategies and enjoy!

True Anilucard. Since your level also contributes to how strong you are, you could have a lower vitality than another vampire, and still kill them. It also works the opposite.
And welcome to Coven Wars by the way, if you need any help with anything just PM me or talk to one of the moderators in the chat.

Thanks to all for replying, very informative. So far I have put almost all my points to strength and only a few to the others. I love the fighting and am loving this game
