Do you get more stat points per turn the higher level you are? Recently I've gotten more yield out of training, and I was wondering if this was just a coincidence or if there was actually some system in place.

I find you get more ap points the more you lvl.I use to 3 ap points every time I leveled,then 5 now 6.It dose increase with lvl

I know Ap increases because I now get 7 AP per level

I get 12.
And I have noticed that my turns to points ratio has gotten better.
I often get more than 1 point for every hundred turns, but used to only rarely get it.
I'm also premium, so I don't know.

Training turns does not increase or decrease your personal odds of training, the only time this formula is altered (If I remember correctly) is whether or not your premium (But do not quote me).

Leveling or Ranking does increase the amount of AP one gets per rank the more you advance but no it does not hinder or benefit your training with the usage of turns.

To explain, when you train turn you get a random multiplier within a certain range so if you train 100 turns every time, one time you may get less and another time more, giving the appearance of an increase, but it is merely random and will jump around within that range.
