I know there is a place where you can choose to turn your profile rating option on or off but I forget where. Help, please and thank you .

There is? I don't think I've ever seen that option before. If that option was available, I think it would be located under Account Options, but after looking for it there, I didn't see it.

Yes there is, I remember it just forget where it is.
This is what I get when I try to rate someone's profile that has their rating turned off, and they don't know where to go to turn it on.

To the best of my memory, I think the on off it a new player default for those who wish not to be rated because they haven't done anything with their profiles yet. I have looked around and can't find an option where you can change it.
