A hunter, a mere mortal found himself in the woods around the Death Valley.
He was an unfortunate soul - he was captured by a cannibalistic tribe of humans, out of all potential vampire covens out there.
He sat tied up and sweated his life away when the chief came to him and said:
- I'll give you a chance to save yourself. Here's the deal: if you tell the truth we will boil you and eat you; and if you tell a lie, we will roast you and eat you.

The hunter tilted his head a bit and started thinking. After a while he said: _______________ .

The chief had no other option but to let him go.
Does any of you hidden vampire spectators know what did the hunter say?

[Yes, it's a game. For all ye mods out there, I've put this here cause currently it's the place with the highest probability of being viewed. And maybe people will come. Can it stick a bit here?]

he said nothing or he said I have aids

He said you are going to roast me....so now if they boil him, it;s wrong because he lied, and if they roast him, it's wrong, because he told the truth, so they can do neither and have to let him go

i have another one for y'all
A farmer has a dog, a chicken and a bag of grain. He has to cross a river, but the little bout can't take the weight of him the dog the gain and the chicken at the same time, so he can only take one at a time...How does he get all three across safely?

:D Our cannibals still didn't design a method to confirm aids.
Demetreus got it right! The hunter went deeper into the lands, taking a little break.

For the river crossing farmer - maybe the boat is little cause the river ain't much itself? So maybe it's shallow enough for him and the dog to cross, and he loaded the grain and the chicken in the boat? :)

Haha nope, it's a logic puzzle, in some versions it's a rickety bridge he has to cross..just like in the one with the cannibals, in some versions it a judge

Here's a hint though, if he leaves the chicken with the grain, they will eat it, if they leave the dog with he chicken, it will eat it, so those two can't ever be left alone together haha

With that info, then he'd have to take it in more turns...
He's the one maneuvering the boat, first he'd take the chicken and leave the dog and the grain. He'd come back alone for the dog, then he'd leave the dog on the other side, but take the chicken back with him, then he'd swap the chicken with the grain, leaving the chicken... dumping the grain with the dog on the other side and then get back for the chicken.
And then continue on his way.

In that time our running hunter spotted the farmer going back and forth in his boat and though to himself, Poor guy, on that side are the cannibals.
But he didn't give it much thought.

He ran and he spotted a crying vampire-ess by the other river. He got scared shitless and ran for his life but Vlad and Demetreus got curious.

When you got there you saw the river is deep, no stepping over it, the riverbank is messy, filled with sand, lots of rocks and tree branches.
But your eyes were fixed on an elephant idling beside her, and a measuring scale.
There was also a boat, fixed with a liana, tied to a tree with a lock on it.

"Why are you crying you low level noob vampire?", Demetreus asked.
[sob sob] "Lestat told me to measure this elephant, and in return he'll give me the keys to the boat to go to Cube-ah! Can you help me?"

Vlad eyed the boat being nice and spacious. Hmmmmmmmm
