I love all kinds of music and been to countless concerts and shows!
What are some of the concerts that you've been to?
And do you have any fun stories that go with them?
I've seen:
Aerosmith
Metalica-3 times
Greatfull Dead-3 times
The Jerry Garcia Band
Pink Floyd-twice
Guns and Roses
Alice in Chains
Meatloaf
INXS
PIL
Black Flag
The Dead Milkmen-abunch of times (I was dating the drummer's brother)
The Romones
The Henry Rollins Band-(he doesn't wear shirts when he preforms) ;)
Agent Orange
S.O.D.-(friend ended up in the e.r. for being an idiot)
Ozzy-(his first tour after he got skinny. Also, the security was throwing all the girls that flashed him out, that part sucked) :(
Alice Cooper-(One of the most animated stage shows I've seen, costumes and props were wack)
Rush
Melissa Etherage
Joan Jett
David Bowie
Biohazard-twice
GWAR-(INSANE! I was the drunkest I've ever gotten at a show)
Janet Jackson-(on a date that ended up sucking)
Jesus Jones
Lynyrd Skynyrd
Alabama
Chicago
Willie Nelson-(Took my Mom for her birthday)
Lalapalooza-(ended up so muddy! Long story)
And been to so many Punk shows I don't even know all they're names
- been pulled onstage by a band member to sing with them, gotten my nose ring ripped out, punched in the throat, mangled in mosh pits, bruises, ears ringing for days after, screaming so much you lose your voice...it's all part of the fun! :D
The best band to sleep out for tickets to see was The Greatfull Dead.
That's when I found out I can drive on ex but not acid :D
They also have the best tailgate parties-before, during and after they're shows; it's like an entire village of people moves into town just for the shows.
(I've been to more concerts, but this is what I remember for now)
