Silver Vial + Advanced Search (Cached)

Players don't show up under Advanced Search and Cached. Not like they should with the vials game secret effect. Players that are healthy that show up in your black list can still be attacked and killed. The vial seems to work only for war and black lists. Not for advanced search options.

Voting

You can click the links to vote, get the reward, but the sites no longer exist. No way to vote on them cause they aren't there anymore. You get redirected to another site. Now there are many sites that still are up and functional. There are, though, a few of the voting sites no longer voting sites.

Level bug

Too much or not enough

During some levels players get 2-5 more levels all at once. Even in notifications it will say you leveled up and got x AP. Some times the blood needed for next level is normal (you still got three levels for leveling once) but sometimes it gives a player more blood then needed. This makes it so the player thinks it needs 66,013/61,002. Players are told to just keep leveling and it will fix itself.

Honor

What does it do?

It was intended for a currency but was taken out, it wasn't. Even though we don't see how much we actually have. Honor is still shown when you kill a opposing coven mate. So when your coven is at war, attack a member, then notice a small text that says you gained 1 honor. So that is proof that the honor system is still there. Maybe?

Bank Interest

The $250,000 Max

How much does this game generate money? Millions of dollars are created by a handful of people in a day. The bug works best at around $63,000,000 with premium. When you start a new day you got a max of $250,000 to claim. It doesn't go higher then 250,000 no matter how many millions you get. Maybe lower it down, increase the max or take it down completely.

Full HP

Heal, Quick Heal (spell), Full Heal, Teal Vial

So Heal shows you the hospital bill and quick heal just charges you. Then you got two spells that can heal on peoples profiles, Heal and Full heal. After that you got teal vials. Why is heal and quick heal the same but one asks you are you sure. The bug is that both links do the same thing when they could do other ways of healing.

Invalid Player

Playing the loto is fun but sometimes an "Invalid Player" can win. This means no one won and the money is ate. Other then that the lottery is fine.

Question of the Day

Out of questions

There are very few who can add 365 questions a year. This game has been ongoing for 5+ years more/less. If submitted questions could repeat after they are all done would be perfect. Cause a question, 4 answers, and determining the difficulty is hard to keep up with after the game gets this old. All those questions never repeating.

No wins, no blood

The wars are meaningless. We aren't getting our wins/loses in wars right now. Also we get no exp from winning wars. This will probably be fixed soon but still worth mentioning.

Well either they don’t show up in coven news (Creator’s Raiment and SC Creator’s Raiment) or they are not titled right (loaned and given form armory) with their soul charged names. Also in the armory soul charged don’t have the right effectiveness. However when you donate an item it is all titled right(except the items mentioned.(CR & SC-CR).

Top Blood Suckers

Don’t know why you don’t count all the blood on this one. You kill someone and you get blood. However any blood the coven takes is not there. You will not get the full earnings. It is based purely on what your character makes. This might not be a bug but we did make more, our covens just took some.

Meet new people

Okay everything is almost perfect here. However the meet new people shouldn’t have people I have befriended. It should be set to everyone you don’t have on your friends list. Cause if I got them on that list I will already know them. Not much else there is wrong on MyCW and I find it really user friendly.

No notifications

Alright we know I've been married more than once... twice, three times, seven, anyways I forget what this bug is. It is either no notification when you get accepted or no notification when you get divorced.

Bug of probability!

Not a bug but an issue with members. Many people have spent a lot of clicks to see what this thing does. I haven't tried simply cause people always complain. It has such a low chance of giving it's reward making it almost like the church. From what I heard it could be anywhere from 1/2000 to 1/20000. Even if it was set to 1 in 2000 if all it did was give back 2001 money it would still get my mails and whispers popping up. So I'm not sure what the thing is with this feature, I've never tried it, but people get mad over it. Might need some work.

Another bug is casting Magik. The turns it says doesn't reflect how many you actually use. 10 turns to kill yourself and it actually only takes 5.

yeah it should be at the most 5 turns to die.
It shouldn't be something too hard to pull off.
I think killing yourself 5 times a day is a good way to complete quests.

I've recently discovered that after I left my Coven that was n a war the War option is still n the battles so chalk up another bug

War one counts your losses. I thought it had fixed since I lost a war, declared thinking it was fixed, but judging by this it's not.

What happened to clones? I was saving up my money to spend it recklessly on continuous clone killing....

Clones are still around you just need to go to the clone garden and create one. Which you will find in death valley

A battle npc arena would be nice

Scot removed the clone garden when he did a few updates on the game.

Well that is awkward I thought I had seen it... Whoops my bad ignore me I'm just the crazy one..

I keep adding new bugs and deleting old bugs as they are fixed/made. That is why this topic gets bumped a lot.

There's no notification when you get divorced.

Yeah it is doing that to me too. I don't know what it really is. Lestat or Logan need to look into this.

The SSL is broken. Blaine has texted Logan about it and he said he'd look into it when he got a chance.

When I click 'Lair' it doesn't take me there so I can't collect daily reward unless I happen to level up, and then I seem to be able to get to my 'Lair' from that link.

Clones really were fundamental to this game, I feel bad for anyone who tried to level after they were removed

Almost all communication is cut off. We can post in chat but a lot of features like editing a post or sending a mail has been destroyed. We cannot post or edit on some of the features which is annoying.

Coven Problems

I cannot edit coven information, set tax, coven positions, and much more. There seems to be a problem at my coven due to the money tax somehow stuck at 100%. I don't do that ever. There must be a way someone changes things too. Admins I believe we may have been hacked. The site needs work, taken down until repair and made operational again.

Coven wise:

Yeah I can't change any of the taxes in my coven. It gives an error saying I need to give the coven a name but even if I delete the name and put it back in, it won't update.

It has been the same for days since I came back but the answer keeps changing? Also you can just try again until it gives you the reward.

There are bugs all over and I'm not sure if its just from inactivity or what but I'm back, and I'm hoping it picks up here again.

I understand that this game is old (literally a fossil) and really I appreciate the attempt at reviving it, this is kind of my jam.

That being said... I really think that doing it (and advertising) before at least fixing the huge ammount of bugs/html errors all over the place will definitely have the total opposite effect and really and push people away immediatelly (specially newer ones).

In any case I'll be around, I'm curious to see the direction this is going

Ps: Edit post is also impossible as it gives an error when you try to save the changes (thats the reason for that double post, and I apologize for that)

Aside from what has already been said, the Pooling both doesn't work at all btw

Coven Mail
No mass messages
As owner of a coven 1 thing I noticed as of late was my coven could no longer sent mass messages. I tried to send 2 so far and it doesn't go through. I make the mail, press send, get a New Mail but it just shows the last mail I sent last year.

Coven Level Up
Level problem?
I leveled up my coven today and it set me back a level. I know this cause for the longest time I was 1 level behind The Descendants without an easy way to level. I started to fight a clone, leveled up the coven and they level went down. I will continue as if nothing happened but if it becomes a known glitch we might want to look into it.

Coven Donations
No giving money or souls
I just tried to donate 1000 money and 100 soulshards to the coven and it did nothing. Hopefully I am not the only one as I only tried it twice and I am the covens owner.

Add/Edit Coven Positions
[c=red] Can't edit a pre-existing position. I tried to edit a members title and give it the Edit Coven Information trait but I got an error message and they position was not changed.

No Editing was allowed
When I go to edit a topic I created I get an error message like Notice: Undefined index: edit_staffpost in /var/www/sites/www.vampiregenesis.com/html/forums.php on line 864 Error editing topic.

Kicking Coven Members
It doesn't work.
I tried to kick a level 1 member that hasn't been active and no go. The user stays in the coven and I can't do anything about it. Hopefully this gets fixed as I would hate to get trolled.

Coven Vial withdraws
No notification
Everything worked out find I sent a Turquoise Vial to myself but I didn't get a notification. I checked to see if it was in my inventory and it was. There was just no statement about it in news feed. Same happened with a Teal vial.

When you receive a mail, into the conversation you're unable to reply the initial sender since the "Send" button does not work at all xD
