Edit 9/27: I have edited this topic to expand on the following suggestions since they do not only pertain to the Armory (previous Title: "Coven Armory")

The main points are... (explained below)
-Item Donations (Weapons/Armor/Vial) should be somehow reflected on the Coven member page along with Blood & Money
-Alteration of the current coven Money tracking system so that money that is being used for coven benefit (or as a reward), is not counted against the individual members

I think that the value of Weapons, Armor, and Vial donated to the coven should be reflected in a user's donated money section, or a separate section for value of donated items. (So that you don't go negative for withdrawing funds to buy stuff for the armory, or get credit for spending your own funds.)
Possibly a column for Vials with # of Vials Donated, that is linked to a page that shows a breakdown of individual types w/ amount of each.

Items such as Weapons and Armor would be credited their Market Value toward a user's Money Donated Section. (minus armory repair cost if applicable) Soulcharged Items would be worth double their Normal counterparts.

Members would not get credit for items that they are returning that were loaned from the clan.

A solution to the money donation system could be solved simply, make giving out money [loan] or [give], similar to weapons, [give] does not go against money donated but [loan] does. In the case of loaned money if a user attempts to quit a coven with negative money donated it will not allow it until the money is repaid.

Another solution would be the leader's ability to manually award credit to money donated (not to themselves, co-Leaders can edit Leader's donated money) so they can award merit for things such as Weapons, Armor, and Vials Donated, as well as Coven Premium bought. This too would be difficult to maintain considering in an active Coven the News page updates constantly.

I would love for this to happen. I'm always copying and pasting and checking coven every day to see if a forum needs updated. plus I've donated a lot of money value in weapons an armor.

There is a link that shows currently donated items and to who. Its currently available to anyone who has access to withdraw items from armory.

I do like the other idea as well, that would be good.

Also I think it would be beneficial to Coven leaders to have listings of currently loaned out items.

Members would not get credit for item that they were loaned from the clan.

I agree with WhiteWolf. This is a good idea

I would like to be able to give credit to my Coven member for the items they donated and show that it is appreciated, but as of right now that would require relentless monitoring of Coven New and extensive record keeping which is just too much to be done.

Some do, I know we do, but as for Armory Value, there is no convenient way to track that, which is the main point of this suggestion.

Well... if you're intention is to use the Coven as an alternative to the market that'd be between you and your leader. Personally if my covenmates want to use the coven in this fashion I would have the member selling the vial donate it to coven, then have the buyer send their money directly to the seller so the money donated in coven is not effected(and have a Mod confirm transer, if needed)

In this case a way to manually change the number of vials donated to coven would be needed (should this suggestion be implemented)

Well some people prefer to use covens because to buy/sell or gift vials, because it takes less cordination, as oppose to useing the market, where theoreticly someone could ninja the vial away from the intended recipient since their is currently no way to gift vials between players.
