I apologize ahead of time if this has been suggested I flicked through the first two columns of pages, and didn't see anything pertaining to it.
Basically the idea is to have a boost when battling players. You ever get those battles you were close to winning but just couldn't get the win? This would help that.
Adding in a boost a % of your current stats you would buy with either Turns Vials or perhaps a whole new currency.
Let's say this suggestions name is [ Battle Powers ] You would click the link and see a set list of powers with a certain rank required to use them.

The cost could be called [ Power Points ]
This would give your Stats a % boost so when you're out on a killing spree you might be able to get someone with more overall power than you. The power could last for a whole hour and you could only have one active at any given time. You would get 200 Power points a day to use. No more than that.
Also your HP or Stamina will NOT be affected by this % gain. It's merely for Strength and Speed maybe Endurance although Endurance is really a useless stat I don't see how it could be incorporated in for it.
For a brief break down....
A level 50 player would go to the [ Battle Powers ] page and Click on the 15% boost for 200 [ Power Points ]. The Strength and Agility of the player would then get a boost for one hour of 15% to their stats. When the hour is up the power would be over, and you would have to wait until the following day for more [ Power Points ]. ONLY if you used the 200 option. I think that part is pretty self explanatory.

Sounds good but I'd like to hear more.

~Stamp of approval~ I think this would add a lot more interest in battling. I'd love to see this implemented.

I also approve of this idea as well, more info might help, but its a good start, I recommend this too...

We do have the 1% gain per level while battling:

I'm not sure this game presently has enough players above a certain level to make this a viable addition

There are many users who are between those levels or higher, so these powers would encompass everyone. This is just an example of the suggestion and if more details and additions were made, it would be a nice implementation to the battling here. This is a bit more in depth than the 1% boost already in place.

Absinthe that % is automatically added. This suggestion is manually added. You have to go to the page click the power you want and use it. You don't just get an auto addition to stats.

Sad that there's only been 3 or 4 reply's on this thread. I assumed more would actually say something. The activity on this game sucks. We've got to find ways to get people active. We need more people joining.

I agree. But the thing is, there should be multiple ways toget power points. What really gets people on is the points for playing for even 10 min. I was falsely banned from a site that did that. It's really popular but I like this site better. Less overwhelming.

People join just about every day. Some stay, some never log back in again. I agree there needs to be more things added to keep activity up, but until that happens, we continue doing what we are doing
Hopefully that will change in the future and we'll have more than enough to keep us active.05/15/13 2:29 pm
Either way.. I suppose this threads all but done on the original subject. In closing I hope to see an Admin or Scot himself comment, and let me know what they/he thinks about an idea to try to bring interest back into older players.

You're right we do need more of the community to give a damn about this game. But most just seem to like to fool around in chat or in a rp in the forums, which is good but we need some of these great suggestion implemented or the better half of us will move on to another game who takes our suggestions seriously!

It is not a case of our suggestions not being taken seriously. It is more that some suggestion are more valid (Valid meaning more needed) then others. As Logan has mentioned before the Admin (Logan and Scot) have other sites to which they run and they also need attention. When it comes down to it the other sites are bringing in more money then this site which means most of their time goes on making those other sites better for the users.
Posting things such as:
* Admin don't take our suggestions seriously.
* We will move to another game.
* Admin and Mods don't listen to us.
* The community we already have don't give a damn about the game.
* Perhaps someday the Admin will do some updates.
You really think after a new player seeing this they would want to stay? Think about it seriously.
