In partaking in a lengthy roleplay recently, I noted it could be quite cool if the Roleplay forum (instead of appearing in order from oldest post to newest post) did the opposite and showed the newest posts on the first page as the original ones got pushed back. In a roleplay, things progress off of what has already happened. I just think, for whatever reason, it'd be nice if all the new stuff was on the first page and you only had to look back to see older posts if you needed to. Seems more efficient.
Edit 02/14/2012: Upon other user feedback I propose a little check box or something at the top of forums that makes this optional. Also allowing users to choose to view more than just 10 posts on a page with a similar button.
[Suggestion] Forums in Reverse

That might work. It also might be useful that when you click on the topic. your browser would go to the last page read and the last forum post unread. That way your not having to read the forums from back to front.
Either one would work in this situation.

Making it an option to go from newest to oldest, show 30 post a page instead of 10, as well as other features could be implanted by a programmer with competent BB skills. *assumption*

I think making it an option is the best idea.
That way those that like reading from newest first could and those that do not and like it as it is can keep things as they are.
