Here are a few rules/guidelines to follow when posting a suggestion in the Suggestion Forum.
1. Check to see if the idea has already been posted. If it has, do not post an additional thread, merely make a post in the current one. If you have an idea, but it is similar to another thread and you want it posted separately, ask a Moderator to review it for approval first.
2. Check to see if the idea has already been implemented in-game. If it has, do not post a thread about it. If you have an improvement to an implemented idea post a thread if one hasn't been previously.
3. If you have an improvement to a suggested idea, post it in that thread.
4. If discussion in your thread leads to the refinement of your original post, give credit to those involved.
Here are a few additional tips for creating a successful Suggestion Thread, these are not required, but may determine whether your topic is a hit or completely ignored.
1. Develop your Ideas. Give reasons to why it is needed and why it would benefit the game, with examples if possible. If people do not understand what your idea is they cannot support it.
2. Think of possible problems your idea may lead to prior and provide solutions to them as well.
3. Use proper grammar and sentence structure, as well as neat organization. Keeping it easy to read will keep the reader's attention.
4. Provide a quick outline of your idea at the beginning of the post for users who just want a quick read.
