Seeing as people are constantly changing their profiles, I think it would make sense for the profile ratings to reset after a certain amount of time, but not all at once, for example a rating given 1 month ago would be dropped of and the ratings give more recently would stay. (allowing the old votes to be recast)

This way the profiles always have a rating (never reset to 0, unless no votes have been given in a long period of time) and the rating is a more accurate portrayal of their recent profile iteration.

Only if there is a limiter that you can't vote on a person profile again until they've edited it at least once.
