Honestly Scot, You should really bring them back. Here's what I propose you could do.
This would "Mix" things up a bit on this site, In the sense that the Userbase would be working for premium. I think this would be a good idea.
Rewards could either be a yellow or a blue vial.
They wouldn't be in the same place like how they were in HaloCrusades, Disposable Heroes, etc.
And there would be four to five (six at the most) Legendary cards
They wouldn't be Halo related, either.

Well there's not really an alternative to it since we don't have avatars that can have katanas.

I'd say the reward should be just 6 months free of premium. I year kind of sounds like it'll cost Scot more than it's worth.
The other option would be in game currency or 4 months of premium.

Scot gets money from those who pay for premium on his games. (and I think ads, I'm not really sure. I haven't really paid attention to see if there are any)
A bunch of people randomly getting an entire year free of premium would stop that part of his income for a time. And, he has no power over other sites that people chat on, which means they can sneak directions on how to find these cards outside of the site, and Scot wouldn't be able to do anything about it.

I.E.
"Sorry, someone has already earned that reward this week. Try claiming again next week."

I honestly do not know what the Legendary Cards are, but on a side note it would be cool if we could find random things hunting or have specfic quests that we have to search the hunting grid to find....just a thought.
