Coven Health Cover

Could we have a way that the Coven leader can decide who should and should not have health cover and how much each person should have?

I say this because I believe it should be done on how much a person does for his/her alliance.
So that those that are active an donate more to the coven can be rewarded with maybe full cover, and those that do nothing can be made to pay for their own healing and not run into dept in their coven.

maybe it could be decided by coven ranks, since doing it by individuals would be a bit of a pain for scot to code up.

Or maybe add a cap where it doesn't pay more then you have donated. ?? That way people will stop seeing negative numbers.

I like the coven cap measure. All member would get full health till they reach Zero.

well have to be honest in that I don't care how it would be done, just that something could be :)
I am a very selfish Kitten and when I myself make sure I am never in the red I do resent having to pay for my health cover because others cannot be arsed to donate.
I like Vlad's idea as it would remind people to donate when they suddenly get a health bill :)

Not another cap lol... i do agree with Kitten though would be a nice feature :)

I would also like to see this sort of feature in the covens. It is unfair to those who are donating to have the taxes set lower in order to combat the ones who are not. I personally don't want to resort to kicking anyone because they aren't putting money back in to cover the debts.

Setting a certain limit on how far into debt you are allowed to go might work. For example: If you go past $5,000, the coven will not cover a full heal and you must pay for the rest out of pocket. Just an idea.

I like the Original Post and I am all for the cap on coven covered healing.

Imo, the limitation on coven covered healing is a must whether it has to be capped from coven mechanic and could be adjusted by the coven owners, or simply could be applied general, by a limitation system of coven covered healing on a period of time, such as 5 to 10 times per hour.

New players could be just had no idea on how it works, accidentally they then go entered the hunting ground, they stepped too far away from the started coordinates, and lost to where they get slain so easily by human. They might just click the quick heal button over and over, every time they got revive they got killed again, and this might ended on hundreds thousand of his/her debt to their coven.

This might be a loophole on the game that could be abused by any. Below, is an example of a scenario (with some assumptions) on how any player could abuse it.

---------------------
Z is the owner of Coven A, who would like to see the coven B suffered in anyway possible. Z secretly assigned his 5 most loyal members of level 20s to enter Coven B, to spend all the daily turns they earned on suicides, they might attack the high level vamps with higher vitality than theirs or just go to the Hunting grounds, either way, it has to assure that they are all dead and use the coven health coverage to the max they could everyday, until they get caught and got kicked out.

Now, how much the estimated money lost of the Coven B?
Says, Level 20s Vamps averagely spend $650 per Heal on 100% coven coverage. And they have 500 daily turns to spend on suicides, so it would be:

5 Level 20s Vamps X $650 of 100% health cover X 500 turns
= $1,625,000 is the sum of the lost of Coven B for a single day

It would be luck of Coven B if they realized that the coven being robbed that way on the next day. But how if they don’t? They will suffer greater lost for sure.
---------------------

And if this was intended and should be part of the game, then I think I have to adapt to live with it.

Enough said.

Yeah, I probably owe loads to OH already lol

Problem is I'm having an issue with money. I'm going to start selling profiles and such, so hopefully that'll help me jump start so I can start donating. Plus I've started working on crafting, and most likely will donate that to OH as well, at least the lower level stuff.

But I like the idea of having a "full health cover cap", so that after you start getting a bill, you know it's time to donate. If I was a coven owner, I'd be really irked by having to pay for people who don't do anything.

And like Kukuk said, it gives people a chance to ruin a coven.

I agree, this would be an excellent feature, as some covens have no money tax and depend solely on member's donations.
As stated, I completely understand having some resentments against people who are constantly in the negative, especially when it's in the thousands, while other's are footing the bill.
