I have a few questions

1: How can i up my vitality
2: How can i tell how high my vitality in battles are?
3: What can I use my souls for and how can I tell how many I have and price?
4: Other than weapon and potions, can I use soulshards to make souls or sell them?

First question, you can up you vitality by raising stats. As you level up you get AP which can be used to raise vitality. Also you can use your gym reps every day at the gym. Your vitality is just the average of your level, stamina, strength, agility, and endurance.

Second question, you will see what your vitality is on almost every screen by looking at the quick stats menu. The quick stats are found to the top right of almost every page. Right underneath blood and money is vitality. When using advanced search options you can limit the search by vitality. Try to fight players with less vitality then you.

Third question, you can see how many souls you have in the quick stats as well. They are near shown right above your rank near the bottom of quick stats. They are titled there as "SS" which means soul shards. They are used directly for crafting weapons, making vials, and/or selling them in the market place.

Forth question, you can use soul shards to make make soul steel bars, vials, and/or just sell them to other members. Remember when selling them to use the average price stated in the market place. If you post the items too high, no one will want to buy them. Over pricing in the market can get you in trouble. For example a single soul shard for 100,000,000 is not to be taken lightly and can be met with a ban.
