So for the lack of any thread already existing, here it is, please share what you think about the new site layout here...
My personal opinion... I like the way it was before better, the new layout defeats the purpose of a lot of the site's old functions, such as being able to see the variable changes on the site as they happen (number of people in chat, recent topics, Coven applications, etc) and it adds a bit of overhead of navigation to accomplish tasks, though I will admit it does look cleaner.

At first I didin't like it at all though now I like the new layout, yes we now have to go about things differently. Though I think it will encourage people to go through and look at other things while they are skimming through the taps.

I like the cleaner look of it. After navigating it since the change, I don't like the fact that users can't see the recent forums topics, and the other areas Whitewolf mentioned in the original thread. Hovering over the Personal, Explore, etc areas, it jumps all over the place, making it hard to click on an area I wish to explore quickly.
May just take some getting used to though.

The chat's are hidden
The forums are hidden
With the new forum threads not showing visibly, I feel it's going to stunt the usage of them. I've lost interest in even looking within them, and it's only been a short while since the change
The jumping of the dropdown list is unsettling and annoying.
I think this site needs to add more things that bring us together socially NOT take away what we had
I'm thoroughly disappointed.
With all the additions that could be made to improve the game--why on earth add something unnecessary?
We have the weapons available to craft for level 200;
When is the 160 cap going to be lifted?
We're stagnating! How fun is looping over and over? There's enough of us at the highest level that we deserve a new goal.
What about the Clone Garden feature that was promised?
What about the possibility of adding a new race, at least it would perk interest.
Either of these additions would be a welcome change to liven things up.
There's an old adage: 'You don't fix what isn't broke.'
The new layout wasn't requested, and I feel not needed.
There are other improvements that have practically been begged for and all for not.
Perhaps I'm complaining rather sternly.
But it's because this game went from the main reason I logged onto my computer every day, to an 'Hmm, I guess I'll poke my face in and answer some mails' game.
I don't even do all my daily quests, and that was something I strove for previously.
Many of us have invested extensive time into this game,
I love it,
It's my favorite,
But as of this present moment,
I'm greatly discontented.
It needs to be livened up,
We are gammers and we need new missions to keep us occupied.
In my opinion-
The new layout didn't improve the game's quality or function,
all it did was take away from the social aspect of the game,
Which is the entire reason we all play online games instead of single shooter, off line videogames.
I believe that it's not new-user friendly.

The navigation jumpiness was fixed last night. It's much smoother now.

The old layout actually was broken. Many of the sites pages were squished including the Lair and Profile pages. This new layout has returned them to their correct sizes. Also, this is not the final layout. I'm working on an all new layout that will replace this one.
I'm also working on the Clone Garden as well. It should be out any day now.

Scot removed the Premium Center because it was ruining the game. That's all he said about it, and I'm not sure of the exact details, other than that.

Just thinking that now that the level cap has been raised, players may want and benefit from being able to get some extra turns.
