Just so everyone knows their is a grievance procedure within the rules that can be taken advantage of.

8) Players should respect administration. However, if a disagreement occurs, they may politely request another staff member to review the specifics of the disagreement and offer their opinion.
- 8a) Contact another staff member to formally request an intervention on your behalf within 48 hours; if possible, include a full screenshot of the incident.
- 8b) From this point, await reply from the staff member you contacted; do not message more than one staff member, or message the staff member more than once with the same complaint.

The red has been updated, because if something happened a year ago the incident happened too long ago for all staff members to have an accurate account of the details regarding the event. We may have staff notes about the incident, but they may not be detailed or it happened when staff noted was not a feature we had available to us.

A screen shot is recommended or it can become a he said/she said argument that has no tangible evidence. Also, I encourage evidence because if libel, fraud or propaganda of any sort is found, you can lose your account.

A forum thread is being made about this to showcase the slight change and to also inform everyone they do have a voice and are subject to appeal if you feel you were treated wrongly.

We as staff take all allegations very seriously and investigate them in a non biased manner no matter whom the allegations are toward. These rules are here to protect you from wrongs so do take advantage of them.

If you do not, then any allegations of abuse of power are null in void and a means of slander because you have the opportunity to do something about it.
