HP is no longer increased through AP directly.

Previously you could put 1 AP into Maximum HP and get +10.

I refunded ALL AP that was spent on HP before.

NOW you have a stat called Stamina.
Stamina gives you [(Your Level + 20)*1.25] for EACH Point you have.

If you put points into Stamina it will increase your max HP.

Was also max HP decreased?
I ask because I had not increased HP in any way and had 100 max HP. Today when I logged it was 90/90 before I spent a couple APs on it and leveled.

Well, you start out with 5 Stamina.
5 stamina = (15+Level) * 5

At level 1 you'd start out with (15+1)*5 = 80

I was lvl 3 when the change happened... so it makes sense
you loose a bit in the begining but get more on the long run.
